  • Yes, we can drop-ship to employees, clients, or multiple offices.

  • Customized items are non-returnable. Non-customized items purchased in bulk can be returned within three months if unused, unopened and undamaged.

  • We require full payment before shipping your order. For credit consideration please contact us directly.

  • Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is typically 10 units and may vary depending on the product and customization requirements.

  • Customized items may take 2-5 weeks. Expedited options may be available upon request. Specific timing will depend on the size and complexity of your order.

  • Yes! We provide note cards for $3 per card. Complimentary gift wrapping is available for clients who spend $20,000 or more annually.
