Shout out to 2016, a little two-car garage in Melbourne, FL and an itch to make the perfect cutting board.

That attempt to blend what we missed about home with what we loved about where we were at quickly became Yankee South. 

We're more official now - and proudly back in the Granite State - but we enjoy what we do just as much.
